Infinity Tax Services LLC offers digital software access, training, mentorship, business resources, onboarding, and professional program services. Because enrollment may reserve program capacity and may provide access to digital resources, systems, training, proprietary materials, or support, payments are not refundable after purchase except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Program Fees
Fees paid for PTIN Partner, PTIN Plus, ERO Software, mentorship, software access, training, onboarding, or other Infinity Tax Services programs are final. Choosing not to participate, failing to complete onboarding, failing to use available resources, inability to meet program requirements, or a change in personal or business circumstances does not create a right to a refund.
Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact Infinity Tax Services LLC promptly before initiating a payment dispute so we can review the transaction. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of access and enforcement of applicable contractual rights.
Separate Agreements
Your signed program agreement may contain additional payment, cancellation, termination, or access terms. If a signed agreement expressly provides different terms, the signed agreement controls for that program.
Service Availability
If Infinity Tax Services LLC is unable to provide a purchased program or service, we may provide an appropriate remedy as required by applicable law or as stated in the governing agreement.
